Cheques: Should be made payable D J & J A Thomas.
ADDITIONAL PERSONS IN MY PARTY: Please discuss with owner as there may be extra cost.
Booking Conditions.
- The “property” the Mobile Home, Situated on Plot 127 Village Del Mar (The Property) is offered for Holiday rental subject
To conformation by Mr&Mrs Thomas (The Owners) to the renter (The Client). To reserve the property, the client should complete and sign the booking form and return it together with payment of the initial non Refundable deposit of £100. Following receipt of the booking form and deposit, the owner will send confirmation. This is the formal Acceptance of the booking.
- The balance of the rent is payable not less than eight weeks before the start of the rental period.
- If any major damage occurs this should be settled locally with the owner’s agents.
- It is strongly recommended to arrange a comprehensive travel insurance polic y.
- The maximum number of to reside in the property must not exceed six unless the owner as given written permission.
- The client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the property and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the en d of

- The client is required to take personal sheets pillow cases and towels for personal use.
ANY EQUIPMENT SUPPLYED BY THE OWNER, IS USED AT THE CLIENT AND THE CLIENTS PARTY,
AT THE CLIENTS OWN RISK AND SHOULD CHECKE D BY THE CLIENT BEFORE USE.THE OWNER IS NOT
LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, INJURY ARISING OUT OF ITS USE OR CONDITION.
